We have a valuable team comprising of Robert, Melissa, Mathew, Kane, Alex, James, Stewart and Myles. All our staff are friendly, approachable and work exceptionally hard to ensure that a good, quality service is always delivered to all our clients and customers

All our staff are trained in First Aid and Manual Handling.

Robert Haslam, Company Director

Cert ARB (RFS), NPTC, IOSH Accredited

Rob followed in his fathers footsteps in the Arboricultural industry in 1997 where he started work for a local tree company. In 1998 he went on to work for the local authority, during this period he studied for 3 years to gain his RFS in Arboriculture covering all the relevant N.P.T.C assessments. Rob founded Holly Oak Tree Services with Dave in 2001 and later established Holly Oak Tree Services Limited along with his wife, Melissa.

Matthew Farrington, Supervisor

City & Guilds Level 2 Arb, NVQ Arb Level 2, NPTC

Mat began his career working for the local authority, during this period he passed his City and Guilds level 2 in Arboriculture covering all the relevant N.P.T.C assessments. Mat started working for Holly Oak Tree Services in 2003 and has built up a great number of further qualifications, knowledge and skills which he is now able to pass onto other team members in his valued role as supervisor. Mat is a hive of knowledge for the less experienced members of our team and effectively mentors newer staff.

Melissa Haslam

Office Manager

Melissa (wife of Rob Haslam, Company Director) is the first point of contact for potential customers contacting us, she works tirelessly behind the scenes managing all aspects of the day to day running of the office including invoicing, finance, IT Updates and health and safety management.
