The Rest of our Team…

As well as Mat and Richard we have a valuable team comprising of Alex D, Kane, James and Jack, who all work exceptionally hard and to the highest of standards to ensure that a good, quality service is always delivered to clients.

Alex D started working for Holly Oak Tree Services in 2017 and is a fully qualified arborist and is one of the team’s lead climbers. Alex has a keen interest in all types of machinery and often takes the lead on servicing, repairs and maintenance. Alex is responsible for ensuring that all PUWER checks are carried out on all equipment.

Kane started working for Holly Oak Tree Services in 2017 and is a fully qualified arborist with a large number of qualifications that he has achieved. He is one of the team’s lead climbers and is progressing well withing the company. Kane has excellent pruning skills and continues building up experience and skills in larger fells and building on the vast array of knowledge he already has.

James started working for Holly Oak Tree Services in July 2020 and is one of our groundsmen. Since joining the team has gained a number of qualifications including CS30 (Competence in chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting), CS31 (fell and process small trees), Level 2 Award in the safe use of woodchippers and Level 2 Award in the safe use of stump grinders. James continues to build on his knowledge and skills.

Jack is our newest member of the team and joined us in October 2022. Jack has a background in arboriculture and has already gained a number of qualifications prior to joining the team including CS30 (Competence in chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting), CS31 (fell and process small trees), Level 2 Award in tree climbing and aerial rescue and Traffic Management. Jack is part way through an apprenticeship and will build up his knowledge and experience and continue to develop his skills as an arborist
